Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — it stays free as long as you stay within the limits (1 storefront, 3 products, 50 orders/month). No credit card required.

What happens when I hit a Free plan limit?

We'll notify you before blocking anything and prompt an upgrade. Existing orders and storefronts are never cut off mid-cycle.

Can I remove the "Powered by Volmeris" footer badge?

Yes — on any paid plan. The badge is required on the Free plan and is part of how we fund the free tier.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your operator dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

How does per-storefront billing work?

You pay for the plan tier, not per storefront. Starter covers up to 3 storefronts, Growth up to 20, and Scale is unlimited.

Do merchants need their own Stripe account?

No. Merchants transact through your operator Stripe account by default. You can optionally connect individual merchant Stripe accounts for direct payouts.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — pay annually and save 20% on any paid plan. Switch to annual billing from your dashboard at any time.
